Terms of Service

By accessing or using The Perfect Setter ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of them, you may not use the Service.

The Perfect Setter is an AI assistant that answers direct messages on your behalf. It works on Instagram and Facebook, and nothing else. Specifically it covers:

• Automated AI replies to Instagram and Facebook direct messages
• Replies to comments and story replies that open a conversation in the DMs
• A knowledge base you write, which is what the AI answers from
• One shared inbox, where you can take over any conversation yourself
• Analytics on those conversations

To use the Service you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have an Instagram Business or Creator account, or a Facebook Page
• Have your Instagram account linked to a Facebook Page, where Meta requires it
• Give accurate registration information
• Keep your own login credentials secure

Your access to Instagram and Facebook is granted by Meta, not by us. If Meta withdraws it, restricts your account or changes what its API allows, the Service stops working for that account and we cannot restore it on Meta's behalf.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Break any law or regulation
• Send spam, unsolicited messages or deceptive content
• Harass, abuse or harm anyone
• Impersonate a person or an organisation
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Break Meta's Terms of Service, Platform Terms or Community Guidelines

The knowledge base, offers, prices and instructions you give the Service stay yours. You grant us permission to use them for the one purpose of running the Service on your account.

The AI replies in your name, to your customers, from what you gave it. You are responsible for what it sends, the same way you are responsible for a person you hire to answer your DMs. Every conversation is visible to you in the inbox and you can take over any of them at any time.

New accounts get 14 days free. The trial runs on our payment provider, Whop, so a payment method goes in when you start it. Nothing is charged during those 14 days. The first charge is on day 15.

After that, subscription fees are charged in advance, monthly or annually, at the price shown on the pricing page when you subscribe. We will tell you before any price change takes effect on your account.

You cancel it yourself on Whop, under Profile then Orders. Cancel inside the 14 days and you are never charged. Cancel later and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not make you email us to cancel, and we do not refund time that has already been billed.

We work to keep the Service running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. It depends on Meta's platform and on other third parties, and outages there will interrupt it. We do not promise any particular reply rate, response time, conversion rate or sales result. Figures on our website describe what has happened on specific accounts and are not a prediction about yours.

The Service and its content, features and functionality are owned by The Perfect Setter and protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Perfect Setter is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data or lost business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your account for conduct that breaks these Terms or harms other users, us or third parties. You can close your account at any time by cancelling on Whop and asking us to delete your data, as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may change these Terms. We will tell you about material changes by email or inside the Service, and the date at the top of this page will change. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new Terms.
